The programme begins by establishing the principles of a coaching approach that can be applied to all areas of leadership. A coaching approach is built on trust and self-belief; trust and belief of self and others. We dig into your personal leadership brand to build self-confidence, cultivate a safe space for others to grow and use coaching skills to lead transformational conversations.

Whether you're leading a meeting, pitching to a new client, or networking, our goal is to help you communicate with influence.
We start by exploring the proven psychometric tool, C-me colour profiling, to understand your communication preferences. From there, we work on how to flex your style to better connect with others. Through hands-on practice in the context of pitching and facilitating, you will learn to speak with clarity and confidence, increase buy in from your audience and start to get the results you want.
Managing Difficult Situations
Chapter 7: Managing Stress and Emotions (4 Feb 2026)
Chapter 8: Navigating Difficult Conversations (18 Feb 2026)
We help you calmly and kindly manage difficult situations by adopting a grounded, confident and curious coaching approach.
We start by developing greater self-awareness and understanding of your cycles and stress tendencies so you can forge a more fruitful and resilient mode of leadership that inspires and supports others. By asking for and being curious in feedback, you can build a healthy feedback culture that transforms difficult conversations into trust building experiences.


Leading Strategically
Chapter 9: Getting Results (4 March 2026)
Chapter 10: Developing a Coaching Culture/and or Coaching Business (18 March 2026)
The final chapters of the programme are dedicated to leading strategically and leaving a lasting legacy.
We help you co-create a clear team or business vision, elevate your annual appraisal process from a checklist item to a powerful conversation that sparks insight and ignites goal creation and sustainable growth and think strategically. Finally, you will learn how to embed a coaching culture within your organisation, or use your new skills to explore getting ICF accredited and consider launching your own coaching business.

The programme trains women in coaching skills to enhance how they lead in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. This is not an ICF accerdited programme but ICF Core Competencies will be explored, discussed and practised in every session.
