Women in Leadership

A coaching-led leadership programme for women who want to lead with purpose, presence and power.

Women in Leadership (WiL) is Cahla's flagship six-month leadership programme for women who are already leading, or stepping into leadership, and want to strengthen their leadership style with a coaching approach.

WiL supports you to lead with purpose, presence and power through a coaching-led approach that is highly practical, supportive, reflective and grounded in real challenges for women in leadership.

This is the right place for you if...

You are capable, committed and trusted. and still, at times, leadership feels heavier than it should.

You might recognise yourself here:

~ You prepare carefully for important conversations, yet still replay them afterwards

~ You are relied on by others, but don't always feel fully recognised or heard

~ You are busy delivering, firefighting and supporting people, with little space to think strategically

~ You want to lead with confidence and authority, without becoming harder or louder

~ You are drawn to coaching as a way of leading, developing others and creating positive change

Many women who join WiL are already doing well. They simple know there is another level of clarity, confidence and ease available to them.

what women in leadership supports

Over six months, WiL supports three core leadership shifts.

Woman speaking with confidence in a meeting

From unconfident to inspiring

You develop a grounded sense of presence and credibility. You speak with authority and ease, without over-explaining or shrinking your voice.

From unfocused to strategic

You move out of constant reaction and into intentional leadership. Decisions become clearer. Boundaries become stronger.

From unsure to equipped

You build practical coaching, communication and facilitation skills that help you influence outcomes, lead difficult conversations and develop others.

WiL is built on a simple belief:

Coaching is not an optional leadership skill. It is a core leadership capability.

Throughout the programme, you will practice:

~ Coaching conversations that build trust and accountability

~ Clear, confident communication in complex situations

~ Facilitation and executive presence in groups

~ Decision-making under pressure

~ Leading through uncertainty and change

Not only that, you will receive coaching from qualified coaches and peers to develop self-belief and work on your personal leadership brand.

You are not just learning about leadership. You are practising it, receiving coaching and feedback, and applying it in real situations as you go.

As this is a trial, Level 1 approval cannot be guaranteed, however participants will receive their coach-training and mentor documentation to submit to ICF via the Portfolio Pathway. Once Level 1 accreditation is confirmed, pricing will increase to reflect the programme's accredited status.

Our pricing

Our pricing reflects the different contexts in which women join the programme. Corporate rates include the additional partnership involved in tripartite agreements and optional three‑way coaching sessions with the sponsoring organisation. They also recognise the wider organisational impact, as leaders bring increased clarity, capability, confidence, and practical coaching tools back into their teams and clients.

Reduced rates for charities and self‑funded participants ensure the programme remains accessible and inclusive across sectors and personal situations.

All rates have payment plan options.

Learning alongside other women

Women in Leadership is intentionally small.

You will be part of a cohort of women who care deeply about how they lead and the impact they will have.

The quality of coaching, conversation, practice, reflection and shared learning is a defining part of the programme. Many participants continue to support one another long after the programme ends.

Outcomes participants commonly experience:

Many go on to step into more senior roles, bring coaching into their organisations, pursue an ICF accreditation or continue to work with Cahla through coaching, mentoring and team training.
