Women in Leadership

A coaching-led leadership programme for women who want to lead with purpose, presence and power. Without burning out.

Women in Leadership (WiL) is Cahla's flagship six-month leadership programme. We help you shift from reaction to intention, equipping you to lead with unwavering clarity, confidence and a proven coaching approach that gets results.

This is the right place for you if...

~ Leadership feels heavy: You are capable, committed and trusted - yet leadership feels more exhausting than it should.

~ You overthink your impact: You prepare meticulously for important conversations, only to replay them endlessly afterwards.

~ You are visible but not valued: You are relied on by everyone, but rarely feel fully heard or recognised.

~ Firefighting is killing your focus: You are caught in the day-to-day reactiveness, leaving zero space for the strategic thinking you crave.

~ You want to lead authentically: You want to command authority and confidence without feeling the need to become louder or ‘harder’ or change who you are.

~ You know there is a better way: You believe deeper confidence and ease are available to you—you just need the tools to unlock them.

~ You want to elevate others: You are drawn to coaching as a powerful way of leading, developing teams, and creating lasting change.

Our next programme starts in October 2026 (dates below)

WHat you can expect

The Three Core Shifts

Woman speaking with confidence in a meeting

From unconfident to inspiring

Cultivate a grounded sense of presence, credibility, and impact. You will learn to speak with natural authority, and ease, shedding the urge to over-explain, over-prepare or shrink your voice in key moments.

Woman leading a strategic meeting

From unfocused to strategic

Move out of constant reaction and into intentional leadership. By stepping away from the daily firefighting, your decision-making becomes sharper, your boundaries become stronger, and you reclaim the space to think long-term.

Woman typing on her laptop

From unsure to equipped

Build a world-class toolkit for modern leadership. You will master practical coaching, communication, and facilitation skills that allow you to influence outcomes, navigate difficult decisions with ease, and develop people around you.

Our core belief:

Coaching is not an optional leadership skill. It is a foundational leadership capability.

You will master:

~ Transformational coaching conversations

~ Executive presence

~ High-impact facilitation

~ Resilient leadership

~ Strategic decision making

To embed your learning, you will receive regular 1-1 coaching from qualified executive coaches and peers to deepen your self-belief, define your personal leadership brand, and achieve your specific programme goals.

You're not just learning about leadership. You are practising it, receiving real-time feedback, and applying it to your day-to-day role from week one.

Our pricing

Our pricing reflects the different contexts in which women join the programme.

Corporate rates include the additional partnership involved in tripartite agreements and optional three‑way coaching sessions with the sponsoring organisation. They also recognise the wider organisational impact, as leaders bring increased clarity, capability, confidence, and practical coaching tools back into their teams and clients.

We are deeply committed to making this level of development accessible and inclusive. Our reduced rates ensure that talented women working across the non-profit sector, or those choosing to personally invest in their own career acceleration, are still able to join our cohorts.

The power of the cohort: small cohorts, big impact

We keep our cohorts intentionally small. You will learn, practice, and grow alongside an elite group of women who care deeply about their legacy and impact.

The defining magic of this programme is the quality of the coaching, the depth of the conversations, and the safe space to actively practice your new skills. You’re not just building a network; you are joining a lifelong mastermind of peers who will champion you long after the final session.

The transformation you'll see

By the end of this programme, you won't just feel different - you will operate differently. Our participants walk away with the practical tools and clarity to:

~ Speak with authority and ease: Eliminate the filler words, second-guessing, and self-doubt. Learn to speak so that people don't just listen, but actively follow.

~ Command executive presence: Anchor yourself in deep self-belief and a quiet, grounded confidence, even in high-stakes or high-pressure environments.

~ Decide with absolute clarity: Make timely highly strategic decisions and hold clean, unapologetic boundaries around your time and energy.

~ Lead with a coaching approach: Shift away from reactive managing and towards equipping others, unlocking the highest performance in your teams.

Where will this take you?

The impact of this programme extends far beyond the six months. Our alumni have stepped into senior executive and board-level roles, spearheaded progressive coaching cultures within their organisations, are on the path to achieve their global ICF accreditation, and continue partnering with Cahla to deliver bespoke leadership training for their own teams.

Is this programme right for you?

This is not a passive learning experience. We are intentionally selective because the chemistry, trust and dynamic of the cohort matter.

This is not for you if:

~ You want theory over practice: you are looking for a purely academic, lecture-heavy curriculum.

~ You want a quick shortcut: you are looking for a checkbox, fast-track coaching qualification without true leadership depth.

~You want to stay comfortable: You prefer to sit back, take notes, and remain entirely inside your comfort zone.

This is for you if:

~ You are ready to step up: You want to actively practice, reflect, and lean into meaningful personal growth.

~ You want to quiet the noise: You are ready to dismantle your inner critic and build an unshakeable sense of self-belief.

~ You value community: You are ready to invest your energy into both your own transformation and the growth of the remarkable women around you.
