Personalised Pathway

Receive three executive coaching sessions (RRP £600) to work on your personal development pathway, including a personalised C-me Colour Profile (RRP £112) and a certificate confirming up to 50 hours of training. 

E-learning Content

Access exclusive e-learning videos, resources and reflection forms on a private platform to develop the mindset and skills to lead with authentic executive presence and a coaching approach to leadership.

Practice and Community

Take part in fortnightly two-hour group calls, where you’ll practice your new skills in a supportive space and connect with members between sessions in our online community. 

Work through Cahla’s 10 Chapters of Leadership guiding you through your executive presence pathway with purpose, presence and power.

How much does it cost?

It's £1,699 with 30% bursaries available for charities and self-funded places. Get in touch to find out if you qualify.

Is the programme ICF accredited?*

The programme trains women in coaching skills to enhance how they lead in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. This is not an ICF accerdited programme but ICF Core Competencies will be explored, discussed and practised in every session.
