Cahla is a coaching-first leadership brand.
Cahla ~ derived from the Irish name Cahdla meaning beautiful or graceful and echoing Cahal meaning brave or warrior.
We exist to help women step into the kind of leadership that transforms not performs. Anchored in executive presence, coaching practice, and community, Cahla creates authentic leadership that lasts.
Our mission is to become a global leader in coaching and training for women, offering International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited programmes, thriving community spaces and transformative experiences that develop powerhouse female leaders, coaches and teams.
Cahla blends ICF-inspired coaching, practical leadership development, and values-led community into one integrated experience. Unlike conventional leadership courses, we prioritise presence over performance, helping women to lead with confidence, clarity and conviction.
Our work is deeply practical, quietly powerful, and designed to create real, lasting change, from the inside out.
Work with a coach on a one-to-one basis to lead with integrity, confidence and clarity.
Join one of our training courses and adopt both coaching and executive presence skills.
